§ Mr. Menzies Campbell
To ask the Secretary of State for Education how many employees were judged to be guilty of fraud in his Department in each year since 1989; and how many were dismissed.

No employees of this Department have been found guilty of fraud since 1989.

§ Mr. Menzies Campbell
To ask the Secretary of State for Education what is his Department's policy for dealing with employees found guilty of fraud.

§ Mr. Boswell
The Department's policy is to dismiss any employee who is convicted by the courts of fraud.
