To ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage if he will consider further expanding the concessionary television licence scheme to include those people who previously lived in sheltered accommodation or institutional care, but who now live at home in consequence of the community care policy.

No. The Government have no plans to extend the regulations governing the concessionary television licence scheme.
