§ Mr. NorrisThe review of the traffic area network will include an efficiency scrutiny. It will be undertaken by Mr. Stephen Curtis, currently chief executive of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency, and will begin early in the new year. The review is expected to last some four to five months. It will look at the organisation and work of the traffic area offices and will examine the scope for improving effectiveness and efficiency. A copy of the full terms of reference have been placed in the Library of the House.
