§ Mr. MaloneRegional task forces are due to conduct a further monitoring exercise in early February 1995. They will validate the position at the end of 1994 and report progress since then. Their returns will form the basis of an assessment of any further action necessary 1:o bring posts within the targets set for 31 December 1994.
