§ Mr. Robert B. JonesWe are placing an increasing emphasis on regeneration in the Housing Corporation's approved development programme. Some 40 per cent. of approved development programme resources for new housing association schemes in 1995–96 will be for regeneration purposes, including rehabilitation and short-life housing, and schemes in city challenge and renewal areas.
