To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will consider statutory controls over rebuilt accident-damaged vehicles.

I am looking at the whole matter of rebuilt accident-damaged vehicles. However, I would not wish to bring in new legislation unless it could be entirely justified on its merits.
