To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what was(a) the price charged in pence per kilowatt hour to standard tariff domestic consumers, (b) the percentage change from the previous year's average household electricity bills and (c) the average annual household electricity bill in respect of each electricity company for each year since 1990.

On the assumption that an average household consumes 3,300 KWh of electricity each year, the information requested is as follows:
