§ Mr. BowisWe are aware that leave has been granted for a judicial review hearing involving Gloucestershire county council. This is a matter for the courts. Local authorities' duties under section 2 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 remain unchanged, and they were reminded of their legal obligations in December 1992. The social services inspectorate is in regular contact with all local authorities.
