§ Mr. MossI refer the hon. Gentleman to the statement made by the Minister for Social Security and Disabled People, 24 November,Official Report, columns 740–44. Detailed proposals will be contained in a policy statement to be published, in addition to a Bill, in the near future. It is the Government's intention that policy and legislation in Northern Ireland will be consistent with that elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
