§ Mr. SoamesThe new procedures for importing certain commercially traded rabies susceptible animals, mainly rodents, into this country from other member states of the European Union, with effect from 1 January 1994, and traded dogs and cats with effect from 1 July 1994, do not increase the risk of importing rabies into the United Kingdom.
