§ Mr. Fraser
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what is the total amount of fines which have been levied against carriers under section 1 of the Immigration (Carriers' Liability) Act 1987 in each year since its commencement; how much has been waived in each year since the commencement of the Act; and how much is now outstanding.
