Mr. John M. TaylorThe court funds office will be part of the Public Trust Office when it is established as an executive agency in the second half of 1994. At the Lord Chancellor's request, work is being carried out currently to examine whether the functions of the court funds office are necessary and to assess the impact of any changes.
