§ Sir Hector MonroMy right hon. Friend has no plans to meet representatives of the Ramblers Association. On my right hon. Friend's behalf, I recently met representatives of the voluntary environmental sector, including the new chairman of Scottish Wildlife and Countryside Link, of which the Ramblers Association are members. The issue of public access to the countryside was raised at that meeting.
