§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Crown Prosecution Service has been kept informed of the progress of the Metropolitan police inquiries following a complaint made by the hon. Member for Blackburn (Mr. Straw). The investigation is continuing and the CPS expects to receive a report when it is concluded.
