To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many budget-holding practices there are in Northern Ireland; and what percentage this is of the total number of GP practices.

There are 43 GP fundholding groups in Northern Ireland, comprising 61 GP practices. This represents 17 per cent. of the total number of practices.
