HC Deb 28 October 1993 vol 230 c717W
Ms Ruddock

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many men and how many women have been killed as a result of racist attacks in England and Wales in each year since 1988.

Mr. Maclean

The information requested is not available. The police are required to make returns of each known homicide to the Home Office, but are not specifically requested to note whether they consider the attack was a racist one.
