To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland when he next plans to meet representatives of the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities to discuss the provision of services.

My right hon. Friend and I will be meeting representatives of COSLA on Friday of this week as part of the normal consultation on local government finance matters.
