Mr. Llew Smith

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what recent contributions have been made by Her Majesty's Government to the OECD Committee for Scientific and Technological Policy's project on the responsiveness of scientific and technological institutions to environmental change.

The United Kingdom offered staffing support for this review which concluded with a report in 1991. The United Kingdom continues to support the work of the OECD Committee for Scientific and Technological Policy in its current programme of work.
