§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what consultations he has had with the chairman of the West Wales training and enterprise council in relation to(a) the deadline for publication of all TEC accounts and (b) the latest estimate for the publication date of the 1992–93 accounts for West Wales TEC.
§ Sir Wyn RobertsMy officials wrote to all TECs on 24 June 1993 to remind them of their contractual obligations under the TEC operating agreement for the submission of annual reports and audited accounts. This letter was subsequently followed up informally by officials.
