asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether the conclusions of the report and recommendations of the 1988 Licensed Dealers Tribunal in the matter of TWH Management Limited and in the matter of the Prevention of Fraud (Investments) Act 1958 were made available to the Bank of England, and if not, why not; and

Whether the conclusions of the report and recommendations of the 1988 Licensed Dealers Tribunal in the matter of TWH Management Limited and in the matter of the Prevention of Fraud (Investments) Act 1958 were made available to the Inspectors appointed by the Department of Trade and Industry in connection with the affairs of Guinness PLC, and if not, why not; and

Why the report and recommendations of the 1988 Licensed Dealers Tribunal in the matter of TWH Management Limited and in the matter of the Prevention of Fraud (Investments) Act 1958 were made available to the Serious Fraud Office and the date on which they were made available.
