§ Mr. FreemanI visited Sweden last year and discussed the Swedish Government's policy for funding, restructuring and liberalising access to their national railway system, with Ministers, representatives of the Swedish state railway, and private sector rail operators. We have continued to monitor the development of Swedish railway policy.
