§ Mr. JackMy right hon. and learned Friend is always ready to consider representations alleging wrongful conviction, whatever the nature of the evidence in the case, and to exercise his powers wherever it is appropriate to do so. He has, however, no plans to institute a general review of cases falling into the category described.
