§ Mr. McMasterTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the development of community care forums throughout Scotland.
§ Mr. StewartTo encourage the involvement of voluntary sector agencies in the preparation and implementation of community care plans, community care forums are developing in many areas. The scale, structure and funding of these vary in response to local conditions. My right hon. Friend welcomes these developments which enable the voluntary sector to participate more fully in the development of community care.
