To ask the Secretary of State for Education what expenditure there has been on the production and distribution of his Department's publication "Testing: the Facts", including the parents' guide 1993–94, "How is Your Child Doing at School?"

The cost of the production and distribution of "Testing: the Facts", including "How is Your Child Doing at School?", is estimated at £9,100.

To ask the Secretary of State for Education when he expects to publish the information requested on the number of telephone calls and written requests he had received by 10 May for "How is Your Child Doing at School"; and how many copies were distributed in each of the 10 languages listed in the advertisement on 27 April.
