§ Mr. FreemanThe Department is today sending a consultation document to a number of private sector interests. Views are invited on the best way of taking the project forward so as to offer the private sector a proper return on its investment and to secure value for money for the taxpayer. The Department will hold follow-up discussions where appropriate. I am placing a copy of the consultation document in the Library.
