To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many members of the British delegation to the preparatory committee meeting for the International Conference on Population and Development 1994 held in New York on 20 and 21 May had practical experience of family planning and population aid programmes; and what organisations they represented.
