§ Mr. Archie HamiltonIn allocating the fuel available to the Fleet in 1993–94, priority has been given to operational tasks, including the commitment in the Adriatic, with the result that plans for some other activities, including HMS Avenger's visit to Chile, have had to be changed. HMS Avenger will arrive back in the United Kingdom 33 days earlier than was originally planned.
