§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonEdinburgh district council's gross final HRA capital allocation for investment in council housing in 1993–94 is £30.702 million. This consists of a net allocation of £14.855 million, plus estimated HRA capital receipts of £15.847 million (of which £14.926 million are in respect of council house sales).
