§ Mr. WigleyTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make it his policy to publish the results of the predictive modelling exercise of ultraviolet-B (UV-B) radiation in the United Kingdom conducted by his Department.
§ Mr. MacleanFirst results from the Department's prediction of stratospheric change project at the university of Cambridge are expected during 1994. Publication in the scientific literature will be encouraged, as it is for all the Department's research programmes. In addition, results will be available to the Department's stratospheric ozone review group and to the international scientific assessment of ozone depletion under the Montreal protocol.
