To ask the President of the Board of Trade when he next intends to meet representatives of the British textile and clothing industries to discuss the state of the industry.

My right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade has no immediate plans to do so. However, my hon. Friend the Minister for Trade met representatives of the Apparel, Knitting and Textile Alliance yesterday.
