§ Mr. Eggar[holding answer 14 May 1993]: The proportion of petrol sold in the years 1990, 1991 and 1992 that was unleaded was 34 per cent., 41 per cent. and 47 per cent. respectively. In the first quarter of 1993 the proportion of unleaded sales reached 51 per cent.
