To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what contribution he expects to make to the open government initiative.

As my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster told the House on 12 March, we will be publishing a White Paper on openness during the present Session. I have no wish to anticipate its recommendations.
