§ Mr. Ray Powell
To ask the Secretary of State for Employment (1) what percentage of female employees work(a) full time and (b) part time;
(2) what percentage of male employees work (a) full time and (b) part time.

§ Mr. McLoughlin
In December 1992, 54 per cent. of female employees in the United Kingdom worked full time and 46 per cent. worked part time. At the same date 89 per cent. of male employees worked full time and 11 per cent. worked part time.
