To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will include the Sealand estate, Deeside, in the estate partnership initiative.

I shall give careful consideration to all applications I receive by 1 June for support under this programme during the coming financial year. Estate Partnership is designed to address problems in the local authority stock.

I have no present plans to do so.
