§ Mr. NelsonNo such services have been tested within the last 12 months. The Treasury's market testing programme for the period up to 30 September 1993 was set out on page 64 of the first report on the citizens charter (Cm 2010) and covers a number of professional services including economic model building and development, internal audit and consultancy inspection services. No decisions have been taken about market testing in 1993–94.
