§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe Employment Department's 1992–93 market testing programme, which runs up to September 1993, covers a range of activities of which the following may be regarded as falling within the definition of "professional services":
- Research and Evaluation (Employment Service);
- Psychologists supporting Placement, Assessment and Counselling Teams;
- Occupational Psychologists.
None of these tests has yet been completed. The programme beyond September 1993 is still under consideration.
