§ Mr. Archie HamiltonA total of 109 Army officers serving on short service (late entry) commissions were notified on 25 February 1993 that they had been selected for compulsory redundancy under phase 2 of the Army's redundancy programme. No short service officers in either the Royal Navy or the Royal Air Force have been issued with compulsory redundancy notices since the start of 1993.
