§ Mr. Frank FieldTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list for each year since 1981(a) at year-on-year prices and (b) at current prices, the total amount of moneys made available to (i) urban programme authorities for urban regeneration in the categories (1) urban development corporation, (2) urban programme, (3) city grant, or urban regeneration grant or urban development grant, (4) derelict land grant, (5) city challenge, (6) housing action trusts, (7) estate action, (8) safer cities, (9) urban crime fund, (10) task forces, (11) city action teams, (12) transport policies and programme, (13) supplementary transport grant and (14) other programmes available relating to linkage between economic, social and physical regeneration.
