To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what contributions Her Majesty's Government will make to the special emergency programme for the Horn of Africa 1993 appeals for Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya and Sudan.

My right hon. and noble Friend the Minister for Overseas Development has this week approved a total British contribution of £19.35 million to these appeals. The contribution is made up as follows:
