§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonEast Lothian district council wrote to the Scottish Office Environment Department last month referring to two cases which the council believes represent an abuse of the right-to-buy legislation. The Department is currently considering the information provided, and the council will receive a reply as soon as possible.
