Mr. Burns

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many younger offenders in the Chelmsford and Mid Essex police division were(a) cautioned by the police and (b) prosecuted; of those prosecuted, how many were convicted; and what orders were made in respect of them in the last three available years.
