To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) if she will establish a special compensation scheme for patients found to have been wrongfully treated by Dr. Kypros Loucas;

(2) what requests for assistance Her Majesty's Government have received from the General Medical Council in respect of the inquiry into the conduct of Dr. Kypros Loucas.
