§ Mr. GummerI have decided to proceed with a management review of the animal health and veterinary group, including the state veterinary service. The review will examine in detail the group's functions and organisation with a view to improving the use of the Ministry's resources in this area. It will be headed by a grade 5 official from my Ministry who has been asked to report by the end of this year.
