To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) what steps her Department has taken on the issues raised by the case of Dr. Kypros Loucas;

(2) what action her Department has taken following its receipt of the internal inquiry by Riverside health authority into the death of a patient at Horton hospital in 1990.
