§ Mr. McLoughlin[holding answer 11 March 1993]: When the Skills Training Agency was sold, the business of the Coventry skillcentre was sold to Astra Training Services Ltd. The property was held on a 21-year lease which expires on 30 June 1993. The lease was assigned to Astra Training Services Ltd. for the remainder of its term.
