To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the budget for each local enterprise company in Scotland for 1992–93.

The allocation of resources to the local enterprise companies is an operational matter for Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise. I have asked the chairmen of these bodies to write to my hon. Friend.
