To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when catering for No. 11 Downing street was put out to contract; if this was by public tender; how many tenders were received; and for how long the contract will run.

There is no single contract covering the provision of catering services for official functions at No. 11 Downing street. Arrangements are made for individual functions as and when they arise.
