§ Mr. EggarBoth BNFL and Nuclear Electric are wholly owned by the Government. Nonetheless, it is the Government's policy that each company should act in a commercial manner, since this best serves the taxpayer's interest as shareholder. This need to act commercially will be reflected in the terms of any contract negotiated between the two companies.
