To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security, pursuant to his answer of 1 March,Official Report, column 46, in what circumstances he would deem it appropriate for registration authorities to be advised of the fact that income support and residential allowance were being paid towards the costs of care in an unregistered home.

There are no circumstances in which registration officers would require such information.
