§ Mr. SackvilleGuidance was issued to all national health service authorities and provider units in October 223W 1992 requiring them to stop the sale of all tobacco on NHS premises, except to long-stay patients who are smokers, by 31 December 1992. No surveys have been conducted and implementation is being monitored through normal management arrangements.
